The staff was generally quite helpful. The breakfast was good when all that was advertised was available, but sometimes it wasn't. The place is being renovated, but, for now, it's mostly old, worn out and dumpy.

Thank you for the rating. Monday is the only day there is a light breakfast, the other days it is as advertised. The lobby and 1st floor have yet to be renovated but the 2nd and 3rd floor are done except for minute items.

Nick at the front desk was rude. Charged my credit card for items he never informed me of prior to charging and couldn’t explain what the charges were for. The room had a lot of damage (hole in bathroom door, stains on carpet, scrapes on walls, smelled of smoke, cigarette burn in bedspread...) I took pictures and showed Nick and said I had to tell the manager or I would be charged for the damage. Spoke to the manager Candy the next morning and she cleared it up. But I won’t stay there again. It was also very noisy.

The people that work there were pleasant… But the room was not satisfactory at all. The carpets were dirty… And There was a horrible odor in the room. My wife and I decided not to stay there.

The first room was filthy and had not been cleaned from prior tenants. The room was dirty and had lots of stains on everything. The second room was also dirty. The sofa was broken with blocks of wood supporting the bottom. There were several water and dirt stains on the walls and ceiling. The shower was stained and cracked. The carpet was dirty had to wear socks to keep your feet clean. The alarm clock was very dirty and the time was 14 hours off. The phone in the room was also very dirty. The ceiling was stained. The door lock was broken. Too many things that need to be addressed and repaired. The front office ceiling texture was pealing and large pieces hanging down.

The staff is great. Some have been there for years and since this is not my first stay, it's nice to see familiar faces. They are friendly and helpful.

Near the Festival, Next time go Far

This was my fist time staying at a Baymont Inn but I took a chance. The staff member at the front desk was rude, we never got our room cleaned, and no fresh towels. When I went to complain no attendant was present for about 10 mins.

Inn was clean and comfortable.

After staying there on a vacation, I read the reviews which were horrible. However, I didn't have any problems and it was average to good stay. Maybe they have corrected the problems, or was just lucky.

HORRIBLE STAY!!!!!

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced in a hotel. The staff is rude, and they allow anything to go on within the facility.
