Cozy spot & perfect location
Property called me before my stay to help with check in process. We checked in really late and they made it so easy to grab our keys. Keep in mind that this is a time share, not a hotel but the room we got was so comfortable. It was the perfect stay for a weekend away with my partner. The best part is the location. It is around the corner from all the South Lake Tahoes casinos, restaurants, the village AND Heavenly. We will be back!

Fantastic
Very nice place to stay. Safe, quiet and clean. It’s has nice kitchen, good size refrigerator and oven so we can cook some meals instead to go out every day. We will definitely stay there again for next trip to Tahoe.

Beautiful unit but no air conditioner.
Great location, very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Be aware that there is NO air conditioning in any of the units so it gets very stuffy during the day and uncomfortable in the bedroom. We had to keep the sliding door open the entire stay and used 4 fans to get any air flow. Luckily, the weather was cool at night but during the day, the unit was still hot.

Don’t ask to use the hot tub!
The accommodations and location were great. However, in order to use the hot tub you have to get the front office staff to let you in. The key pad was disabled. The hot tub has very limited hours 10am-7pm. During my stay, the office staff member was extremely rude and put out that I wanted to use the hot tub. I asked her how her day was going and she said fine unless someone wants to use the hot tub. She unlocked the hot tub room and stood at the door and directed me to shower down the hall before entering the hot tub. I was in my bathing suit and told her I already showered upstairs before I came down. She was so rude and dismissive so I went down the hallway to shower, and when I came back, she said you’re not going to be able to use the hot tub today . I’ve never been treated so rudely, she locked me out of the hot tub while I stood in my bathing suit in the lobby, , luckily someone from housekeeping came by and let me retrieve my belongings. I was a guest at the property for six nights and this encounter really ruined my vacation.I tried to get the woman’s name but she refused to provide it
