We stayed here mainly for the FREE Shuttle service. Unfortunately it wasn’t available for either pick up or drop off at the airport. With 25 Euros each way for taxi or Uber the great deal wasn’t so great.

I'm not sure how star ratings are given but please know that this hotel would be a 3-star at best most places. Staff was friendly but no shuttle from the airport and the room's doors and drawers were in bad shape. It's fine if you just need somewhere to stay while sightseeing.

Chose it for proximity to airport AND ADVERTISED FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE. But the shuttle Only RUNS FROM 6:30-11:30 AND ONLY FROM HOTEL TO AIRPORT NOT V.V. Even though I called the hotel at 11:30 from Marrakech and said I would arrive Lisbon at 13:45 they said to call back upon arrival for a shuttle. When I called back at 13:45 they said there was no shuttle! This is ridiculous! FIRST, she could have told me this when I called the first time! SECOND, what kind of hotel has a shuttle only in the morning and only in one direction!!?? FALSE ADVERTISING AND MISLEADING!!
