Our family arrived late after driving many hours. Your staff checked us in quickly and courteously. Your facilities are excellent, and very clean. The breakfast was great.

Apparent drug deals going on in front parking lot. Plumbing pipes made loud noise all night long. Bathroom and entry door terrible-they collide with each other. At check out the front desk did not ask if we were satisfied or ask any feedback at all.

The man at the front desk was helpful but didn’t know what to do when I came down and said that the coffee maker had chemicals in it that hadn’t fully been washed out. I know that because I drank coffee out of it. That was yesterday and my throat is still burning with a disgusting taste in it. I’m going to have to go to a dr to have it looked at so I’m pretty mad about the entire experience and very disappointed in the additional money I’m going to have to pay for a Drs visit.

We had a great experience. Staff was very friendly, pool was well kept and warm, food was great and rooms were clean & inviting! Would definitely stay there again.
