The man at the front desk was helpful but didn’t know what to do when I came down and said that the coffee maker had chemicals in it that hadn’t fully been washed out. I know that because I drank coffee out of it. That was yesterday and my throat is still burning with a disgusting taste in it. I’m going to have to go to a dr to have it looked at so I’m pretty mad about the entire experience and very disappointed in the additional money I’m going to have to pay for a Drs visit.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was great, our room was amazing very big and nice and we had a jetted tub it was so nice. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor seating area

Wonderful stay! Everything was nice and clean and staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for all of our activities. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in North Little Rock.

The over all stay was great! Most of the staff was great, there was one employee that was completely rude to my husband and I and she also took a phone call while we were checking out and was completely rude to the customer on the phone, so rude that she just hung up on him after arguing with him. After checking out we noticed that we were charged double so I went back and was asking some questions and that’s when I noticed that she had checked us out under the wrong room (it was busy so we were patient and understanding) and I just explained that we were actually in a different room and she proceded to argue with me about what room we had stayed in! I was completely astonished by how she was acting towards me and her manager came and helped us get checked out properly and we were on our way home.
