I like the availability of late check in. I was not so please with not having enough wash cloths for use. Even though I requested a late check out, we did not have access to our room after 11am. The front desk reset it; however, we were unable to gain access without the assistance of another staff person.

The bathrooms were very clean although our toilet in our room was making weird noises all night long in both rooms we stayed in.

Noisy plumbing!

Pros: Convenient to relatives, moderate price.
Cons: Check on the noise level in that room and others around it. Pipes may need insulation!!
We experienced continuous noise that sounded like a sump pump in the walls, loudest in bathroom, but still noticeable in bedroom, as well as a sort of roaring vacuum like sound off and on. We mentioned it after the first night to the front desk, and they thought it was the pipes in the walls, acknowledging the issue. Mentioned it again at checkout, and front desk person was totally surprised (perhaps new to the property), said she’d tell the manager. We did need to ask front desk for hairdryer (not in room), which night manager brought promptly with requested extra pillows. Only one large towel per person seemed a bit scant too. Other than that fine for a mid priced hotel. We were there for a memorial service, quick visit, so didn’t have time or energy to ask for new room.

Hampton in Maumelle

Pros: It's so nice and clean. Very friendly staff.
Cons: The pool could have used a good skimming.
Location: On the edge of N. little Rock / Maumelle. We were visiting friends who own the Dickeys Barbecue Pit nearby. Great Food.
This hotel is awesome. Second time I've stayed there. Easy check in. Fresh cookies each evening. The breakfast has fresh meats, eggs, cereals, waffles, yogurts, etc.... Better than the cheaper hotels.

Hotel Manager was extremely Helpful

Pros: New, close to relatives
Cons: Breakfast taste wasn't the greatest
Location: Good location. quite
The manager whose name I can't remember manager the place from toilet fixing to trash emptying. She came in saturday morning 10/3 and was there till late night. She helped in the breakfast area and even when we had problems with the toilet. She made our stay pleasan.

Best Hampton Inn

Pros: Service, cleanliness, amenities.
Location: It is centrally located and about 20 min. to downtown Little Rock.
We have stayed here several times when visiting family. It is excellent. The room, cleanliness, food, staff, grounds are wonderful and I highly recommend it. They pay very close attention to detail and to great customer service.

Great service and super clean!

We recently stayed 6 nights visiting family in the area. It was our first stay at this location and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient, the service was excellent, and our room was fabulously clean. Plus the full breakfast was delicious every morning. Great value. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit!
