The hotel was clean, quiet and a great place to stop for our large family. They even let us “sneak” some cereal and milk for our kids since we were leaving before breakfast.

Brand new hotel easily accessible to Little Rocok

Loved this hotel! The whole hotel smelled very clean. Surrounding area nice. Only problem i had was one of our beds not being made. It was late at night when we were returning. Instead of an apology i got a, "we can switch rooms or give you our spare blankets". Switch rooms??? After being in the same one for a few days. Extra blankets were a joke too. Glad it was our last night. Other then that it's a very nice hotel and was worth the money. Would stay there again.

A few issues but decent hotel

Pros: Cleanliness and decor and staff and location.
Cons: Sound proofing! Drop the silly "incidental" fee.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Room and bed and bath very comfortable and very clean. I knew about this from reviews, but how crazy is it to have to pay $50 on your card for "incidentals"....that will be refunded in three days.....that is a first for me and I travel a lot! The carbon monoxide scare in the swimming area was a bit off-putting! My second night there some folks checked into the room above me and the noise was unbelievable! Woke me up from a sound sleep! There must be no insulation/sound-proofing between floors. If I stay there again I will ask for top floor!

Half the price of the previous nights Marriot and

Pros: It was clean the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I needed something I drafted scanned to my email and the mgr took care me in minutes
Cons: Nothing to complain about even the cleaning staff were courteous and they spoke English. Even the free breakfast was far better than the Marriott $13
Location: I asked the desk clerk where I could get home cooked BBQ the Whole Hog was where he sent me and my grandson and the meal was great as well as affordab
Free breakfast to add to the fact that the room was cleaner smelled better all at half the price I paid the night before at a Marriott near Memphis. One bad thing I did learn on this road trip. By using travelocity to book all my rooms half the time they put me in a handicap room. Not the case here my room was fairly new everyone at the hotel went out of their way to help. I've tried the biscuits and gravy at a hundred different hotels this is the first time it was so good that I would go buy breakfast here just to get the gravy the previous morning I ate at an overpriced Marriott near Memphis I paid $13.00 for a continental breakfast that didn't include coffee the sweet roll was dried out the juice was room temperature and the $3.00 coffee tasted like drain oil. Five creamers and it was still dark.
