I had to visit for some stressful family related issues but the staff made my stay wonderful. They were so pleasant and informative. I also had some trouble printing but I emailed my documents to them and they printed and copied what I needed. The room was clean and they are taking their Covid duties seriously. They are definitely getting my business for my next visit! Thanks so much for helping my stay go so smoothly!

Great week-long stay...

My son and I just stayed at the Little Rock Residence Inn for an entire week, while he attended a university graduate school conference nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, especially Alayna and Franz. Alayna remembered my name the second time she saw me and was helpful throughout our stay. Franz assisted in printing out a research paper that my son had just completed. The room had comfortable beds, a good-sized HD television, and a very nice shower. Definitely a great place to stay!

Wonderful!

Our stay was extremely positive! We had booked two rooms, and when we got to our rooms after check-in, we found that the neighbors next door had left their 2 dogs in their room. Hearing or sensing us, these dogs began to bark like crazy, and did not stop; it was like being in a kennel! We waited approximately 5 minutes, thinking they would stop barking, but they did not! We then called down to the desk and asked to be moved to a quieter location. We were immediately told to come down, and that other rooms would be found for us. Not only were other rooms provided right away, we were actually upgraded to better rooms than we had originally booked! The rooms were clean, quiet, and luxurious! There was a kitchen area, well stocked with cooking utensils. The free breakfast the next morning was wonderful! I have to stay gluten free, and I am happy to say that I found a full breakfast of things I could eat!!! We will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this place to the Queen!
