Second stay in about 5 years. Good location for visiting my family at a good price. Room was dusty. Only bag breakfast instead of the one often served.Staff was friendly.

This property was clean and inviting on the outside. The price seemed high based on the amenities and the quality of the property. The front desk agent on the overnight shift was very nice and helpful. There was no hot water in the room so with this just being a stopover for the night, we decided not to register a complaint about it. Following our stay, we discovered we were charged twice. After calling the property to find out why, we were told we were being charged for taking all the towels, which we did not do. Manny the "manager" insisted we took them despite the fact that the housekeeper reported we didn't use any of the toiletries in the shower (because there was no hot water). I'm now having to dispute the charges with my credit card company and will report this property manager's behavior to Quality Inn corporate.
