Key card didn’t work initially. Signage was not great. Difficult to get from parking garage to lobby. Every other adult guest checking in at same time was offered a glass of champagne; I was not. Had to ask for sheets and blankets for pullout couch; should have been in room like every other hotel. Hotel was clean, simple. Fit our needs for one night.
