This was a beautiful property in the past. Clearly, it has not been updated in decades, other than the garish carpet. The caulking around the tub and sink areas was gone, the bathroom was very outdated, the water spots on the tub glass were obvious, the touch up on the paint in the bathroom did not match. The bathroom door was filthy and I did not want to touch it. This property overlooks a main street and it is very noisy. The parking is so narrow under the building and please note, they currently add $20 a night for parking which does not show in your fee. The guy at the front desk was so unfriendly and impersonal that I could not believe it. The teeny fridge had not rails, so you could not put cans in the doors. The coffee pot was from 1990. But the very worst part was the formerly lovely Mexican tiles in the halls and stairs were beyond filthy and stunk like dog waste. The only good thing was the open ceiling. The fireplace was just scary and we would not even try to use it. I would never stay here again.

Room is perfect size, nice for having friends over for chat. Love having microwave, sink and fridge.

Convient to the wharf and restuarants. I loved the spanish decor and the outdoor patio & fountains, beautiful.

The location to the wharf and downtown was only good thing. It’s on a busy street and rooms face loud traffic noises 24 hrs. No mention of a $40 per day parking fee, no pool, no gym, no food. TV was analog, room was somewhat dirty. Parking was ridiculous with double parking in entrance and exit lanes. The room door did not close tightly; could see light coming through. Picture on Travelocity was very misleading. Facility was not maintained, dirty exterior walls and was very old. Needs total update for the cost of rooms - $725 for 2 nights with multiple local taxes, parking and occupancy charge. Will not recommend or go back

Rooms are nice and the fireplace is a fabulous perk but super noisy rooms! We had a room facing the street and we were not able to sleep since the noise from the street was constant
