Not good. Pulled into the lot and didn’t appear as advertised. Turned around and left. Drove home 4 hours instead. Please refund.

Poor customer service of the hotel personnel, they never call back to resolve the issue, room smells with cigarette and found some cigarette butts inside a cup left at the balcony. Room supposedly non smoking.

our room was dirty and the receptionist at the front was rude. There was no coffee at the checkout area when we were leaving. the receptionist was busy sweeping the carpet when i went to check out > i asked for coffee and she said it was in my room i should have fixed it. then told i had to let her know if i needed a grab and go bag.all it had was a bottle of organge juice, small bottle of water and an oats bar. we will not be back again.

The carpet, toilet, and table top were so dirty it was like never been cleaned. Bed sheet was dirty. spiders found at corners. The whole room smelled terrible. So called breakfast was nothing but a bag of bottled water and a piece of candy bar. No elevator and no automatic door. So it's difficult to move around and go upstairs with big pieces of baggage. It was just terrible experience!

Great place nice pool and it’s so easy to get the fisherman’s wharf and to Carmel. I will stay here again the next time I am here.
