The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. We were very turned off, however, by the lack of wifi in our room, and the fact that Netflix would not download on the tv. For the price we paid for our stay at a MARIOTT hotel, one would think that we would be able to use technology in our room. That left a very bad taste in my mouth.

The biggest problem we had was that we use pedal extensions to drive and the parking staff would not valet park our car unless we removed the extensions and they would not let us park ourselves.

I Love the location! It's super convenient and close to everything that we wanted to see. Made multiple calls from our room for much needed shampoo and no one picked up. I had to walk down looking for a gift shop but there was none and the front desk lady was kind and helpful enough to make a bag of things I needed to shower with by 4 people. Overall, we felt relaxed and comfy.
