Very friendly and accommodating staff- breakfast room, cleaners, front desk staff. Location a defineite plus. easy to get to. Shopping convenient Nice selection of eating places in the areas. The building was children friendly and unusually quiet for business travelrs also.

Evening check-in staff not helpful and rude. Very noisy room AC. You could not look at the TV full on from bed or seating.

Everything was pretty good accept for the indoor pool. One of the reasons why I booked this hotel, was for my kids to swim at the indoor pool. I was never told the pool was unavailable to use.
