Upon my arrival I spoke with Alex and express that was coming due to a death in my family and that I just wanted a clean room! I was assured a clean room a yet when I arrived Robert who was very friendly tried to get me into a clean room / suite and out of 3 rooms none of them were completely acceptable. I took pictures for him to see and he said he understood my disappointment! When I came back to the room after night one my room had still not been cleaned! I reported it again to the front desk clerk on duty this evening! I just expected more cleanliness and when the bathroom floors are filthy, sinks not been clean, hair in towels, and corners of the bathroom floors filthy that's disgusting.

Very nice rooms. Disappointed that kids couldn’t swim because you have to reserve a time slot. You can’t reserve a time slot until you check in. Wish we could have done it when we booked.
