Very comfortable and clean. The views we’re amazing. The sunrise was immaculate. Very clean, comfortable beds, very quiet, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. All of our attractions we’re right on the same strip. Check in was a breeze and we really enjoyed our little getaway.

Well for starters front desk put me in the wrong room and stated Hotels.com booked it. Not happy with that. I booked a double bed suite they put me in a double bed standard. Then called themselves upgrading me to a one bed suite. No where on hotels.com website or Hampton did it say anything about a $15 per day parking fee. I was blindsided by that. The kitchen light stopped working and it took over 9 hours for someone to come fix it.

We had a nice time. Our room was on the 12th floor with a terrific view of the beach. Triston at the front desk is a jewel and made everything easy for us. The room next door had pets that started barking when we arrived late night from a dinner and show. Same dogs started barking when we got up to prepare for the day. That was unexpected. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. Overall, we had a nice time and would stay there again.
