Travelocity hotel info stated free parking at this hotel, but upon arrival was told by the hotel there was indeed a $35 daily fee for parking. Need I say more?

We were really looking forward to a nice get away location to enjoy downtown Charleston and Mt Pleasant. Had to be moved on day 1, no TV. Day 2, no TV. Was told by the front desk that it was due to the thunderstorm; the entire resort was out. Ok, we accepted that and went to sit on the balcony. Next thing we knew a maintenance person was standing in our room!! Not cool. Day 3 there was a leak from the ceiling of the bathtub. It and the TV were fixed. Day 4 we realized someone had been in our room because the tub and bathroom floor were dirty; i.e., plaster or something similar in the tub, a muddy shoe print on the side of the tub and a dirty towel in the floor. I took pics & went to the front desk to ask about this and was told that the reason for the leak was the tub above us and they needed to see if the fix for that caused anymore leaking in our room. No contact was made with me prior to them entering our room. Evening of Day 5, the plumbing panel in the ceiling of the tub simply fell out. No one was in the shower at the time, thank goodness. We had to ask for clean towels on 2 occasions; trash that was bagged and placed in the corner near the door was never removed. Mgmt was always polite and I did receive a small credit, however, it was something every day of our stay. The pool was not very clean and the crown molding in the lobby area near the air vents could use a good scrub. First & last stay here.
