I liked barely anything about this property, only thing that was decent was how close the beach was! They tell you they close restaurants and bars at a certain time then close 2-4 hours earlier! Didn’t get the room I paid out the butt for & called ahead and explained I wanted either! Told me checkout was at 11 and im getting woken up at 9:30 AM to some housekeeper walking into my room! & running out slamming the door! Will not be staying there anymore!

Nothing unique at all about the property...its what to expect during these trying times. Everything in that area is just jammed in wherever there was room. All 16 soda machines were sold out or unplugged...probaby from lack of service from coke. Food was sub par and really no big deal...no entry or exit doors near the parking garage...to much open space allowing outside air into the hallways. Like i said...just o.k....another thing..dont sell ocean view rooms..when you get no ocean view!!! Ocean view usually means the the room faces the ocean!! Not the side of the building so you get a parking lot view!! I didnt pay for that and bit my tonge. I will give my visit a low 5 out of 10 and thats cutting some slack. Jim

They should really display update pictures and not do a play on words. “Ocean View” means you have the lean half way off your balcony to see the ocean. Their were stains on sheets. I honestly had better experiences at cheaper hotels

We really enjoyed our stay. When we checked into our room it had not been cleaned yet, however as we were walking into the room housekeeping was coming to clean. We went to dinner and when we came back everything was done and perfect! They are having the same issue as most businesses, finding people to work. Just be patient! Overall a wonderful time at the beach!
