The room was very dark and the furniture was falling apart. It was just very OLD and it was very outdated. The fan in the room was loud and the elevators made a lot of noise, I was nervous to get on them.

The first room I received still had dog food on the floor from the previous guest. I received another room... this room seemed a little cleaner, but upon further inspection, literal balls of hair were on the floor ... the tile in the kitchen area were sticky, there was a noticeable blood stain on one of the comforters [at the foot of the bed] and the end table in the front room had some film all over the table. I had a two - and four- year old year old with me and knew they would have their hands and mouths everywhere. This property was not even close to what I expect from an Embassy property.

I froze. I was not able to turn on the heat the temp in the room went from 64 to 61 I was so cold I didn’t want to get out of bed.

Embassy Suites was a great hotel for an ideal price. Easy to get in and out, wonderful atrium and delicious breakfast every morning!

My family and I did not like our experience at the Embassy Suites. The ladies was very nice to us. Upon entering our suite it went downhill from there. #310 The room was not clean. The linen on the bedding was stain and had live stains as well. I called service desk, she came up and took photos. We went down and they exchanged our room. The next room #319 look was okey, but i was too nervous by then. We left and went to the store and got some lysol, I spayed the place down. The sofa was okay and the chair was definite a no no. It was. We did not sleep under the cover, We naped on top (nervous). This was one of the most nastiness Embassy's Suites we ever ever stayed. Totally disappointed. Never again. The Bellamys

This was a convienent location close to the Zoo and downtown. Easy on and off the interstate.

Terrible place. There was a very nice lady at breakfast that was so nice. She is from Jamaica. Please recognize her for her wonderful service. This place is a dump. Food is good.

This hotel is old and is in great need of face lift. Management has not spent any money on making the hotel looking nice. The bath tub was old and i did not even want to take a shower. Wall paper looked like 197O's. I will not ever stay at this hotel again. The food was really good. I paid over $200 and i should have stayed at Motel 6 for the money. Snacks were against the wall, terriblem

It's just ok. Cigarette butts in the stairs, no pillows to be had. Stains on the rug. No hot tub. No restaurant. Breakfast buffett was OK, but most of the food was barely warm. Have to pay extra to park your car? Probably would not return.
