Lock on door didn’t work after returning from dinner. It took a maintenance man 20 minutes at 10:00PM to come open our door. We were asked if we wanted a handicapped room. I said no. Got one anyway. No sink in bathroom. Was in bedroom. Extremely inconvenient. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Hotel was dirty. Carpet was stained in room. Bathroom was not very clean. Pull out sofa bed was stained and gross. Stairs in the hotel were extremely dirty and had trash. No restaurant/food available. Was charged for parking but my confirmation email upon booking said that parking was supposed to be free.

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The hotel is outdated and a bit run down, but clean. I did not like that my air conditioning did not get the room cool enough. I was even hot while trying to sleep.

The room was very dark and the furniture was falling apart. It was just very OLD and it was very outdated. The fan in the room was loud and the elevators made a lot of noise, I was nervous to get on them.

The first room I received still had dog food on the floor from the previous guest. I received another room... this room seemed a little cleaner, but upon further inspection, literal balls of hair were on the floor ... the tile in the kitchen area were sticky, there was a noticeable blood stain on one of the comforters [at the foot of the bed] and the end table in the front room had some film all over the table. I had a two - and four- year old year old with me and knew they would have their hands and mouths everywhere. This property was not even close to what I expect from an Embassy property.

I froze. I was not able to turn on the heat the temp in the room went from 64 to 61 I was so cold I didn’t want to get out of bed.
