Roaches in our first room. No heat in the second room. $150 charge to have our dog stay with us. There was nothing on your site that says there is an additional charge for pet's in a pet friendly hotrl. They blamed Travelocity for not posting the information about the additional fees, and so do I. How was I supposed to know. I look to your site to guide me. You do or should have an agreement with the hotel you are selling rooms for to provide all information regarding any additional fees. Its not my job to have to investigate the hotels site to find iut. You guys are payed to do that

After being told my room would be ready by 4:00 my room was not ready until 5:30 pm . I was then informed I would have a food and beverage credit of $150 place on my room which I never received. Terrible visit ! Keith Marshall

Property was very nice, but unless you have a car, there is nothing close by. There is always Uber and the trolly, but those can still take time
