The Waterpark is the only plus about this property. Kids enjoyed the heated slides. The rooms were “renovated” but still nasty. A constant weed smell was filtering in from rooms nearby. Left message with front desk about dirty room and was never called back. Didn’t feel safe with the guests that were there. No bathrooms in pool deck. Had to use portapotties or take the elevators that were in disrepair to go back to room. One day they called us to tell us not to use the water during the day because renovations were going on next door and they didn’t want to shut off the water. Who does that?? And on our last day there, there was a shooting in the parking lot!!! Stay away…or just come for the pools and slides.

Jets in tub did not work I had a two week old baby in my room and the heat did not work called the front desk and told them along with asking for another blanket and towels the lady told me she was sending someone needless to say we and my newborn baby frozen that night I called the next morning and was told that we should have kept calling back I shouldn’t have had to keep calling when I was told that there was someone on the way to fix .. they wouldn’t refund me telling me that they couldn’t due to me booking through a third party this was a horrible experience wouldn’t stay here again

Every one was very pleasant and friend. The customer service was very accommodating.The room was very clean. The staff were tremendous. I would recommend This Resort highly, When I'm ever in the area.this is were I would be staying.
