This place should definitely not be listed as a four star resort. The room we booked was supposed to have an ocean view. That was definitely not the case. The manager insisted our room was considered an ocean view and would do anything for us. Most of the toiletries were not stocked in the room. The grounds looked neglected cobwebs all over the bridge rails. Most of the amenities were closed due to COVID which is understandable but the staffing level of the resort seemed really low. Most of the time you couldn’t reach the front desk by the phone in the room. Overall would not recommend staying here.

We are sorry to hear things did not go as expected. We have two different types of Ocean view room types and the Ocean Horizon view is a partial ocean view. We are sorry about that miscommunication. We go through our room numbers often and ensure the rooms views are still what we sell them as. Our staff are working extra hard to ensure a perfect stay and there are some amenities that have not reopened due to Covid-19. We hope once this pandemic is over, you will give us another chance. Stay safe.

This property is listed as a resort and resort fees are charged! There is not even a microwave in the rooms, so how is this a resort? This was initially a Crowne Plaza hotel previously and now it is being marketed as a resort with their fees attached! I will not stay here again! We were without WiFi for 2 days! Finally after going to the front desk on 2 occasions was I able to log onto it and it actually stayed on! This stay was quite a disappointment for us 🙄

Food was great. Pool and beach are nice. Gym is really basic and has a weird smell; not great for a property of this caliber.

Everything associated with the facility, the rooms, the front desk staff, housekeeping, bell staff and pool/recreational rentals was exceptional. We weren't impressed with food service in any aspect but the rest of our stay was perfect. We definitely want to return.
