It took us 2 hours to check in and get to our room, and to make matters worse, the manager was not willing to compensate me for the 2 hours of lost vacation time.

I did not like the fact that when I went out to my car there were a bunch of hooligans fighting, and cussing, and driving like manics through the parking garage. Not only that but the dealers sitting at the entrance of the garage. Was not impressed with the room; greasy finger prints on all of the night stands, and dressers. Besides that though the front desk was very kind, it was a little rough but she stayed positive! They also say on the site its 100$ security deposit to stay but they changed it to 250$ security deposit, that should be updated. Thats quite a chunk of change.

Alot of pools...but the water park across the street that is attached to the hotel was closed . Check in was a nighmare I understand during COVID 19 we will have to wait for things but 1hr standing in line to check in after 4 he drive was not how I like to start a vacation.

The parking garage was a plus The room was clean House keeping was minimal Did not replace condiments for coffee Hot water to wash dishes was unavailable Took forever for shower water to heat up

Loved the location of my room. Property is dated!!! Needs new carpeting and paint. Staff tries to keep clean and smelling good, but needs to be updated with paint, carpets and needs new towels as they were very hard and scratchy.
