They could use some upgrades for sure. Patio furniture was worn out. A/C filters need to be replaced. Patio door wouldn't shut completely. Overall, this is 3rd time coming to this resort, we really like it here. Housekeeping staff helpful and friendly. A bit pricey on food and drinks. We will most likely stay here again. It's not the best and not the worst resort. We always look forward to coming here.

When we arrived our driver informed us there are lots of drug addicts in the area and a cop was shot the year before on the street right near the hotel. Warned us not to walk at night. We did plan on just using uber but he said that wasn't safe at night. I asked the girl checking us in the hotel if it was true and she said well you wouldn't want to be walking around at midnight. We took a cab back to the airport and rented a car and had no issues but listened to the warnings of walking in the area. Also the website said our room would be cleaned on the fourth day our room was not cleaned once the entire week. When you have a 5 year old playing in sand gets gross after awhile. They did leave us clean towels and take the trash out most days. There is lots to do in the area and we did love our trip to Myrtle Beach. I would recommend anyone saying there to go for the full ocean view, we went with the angle view and the hotel beside looks nasty so not pretty to sit in the deck and look at, we tried to upgrade to ocean front but they were booked. Myrtle Beach is a very fun place to visit, think If I went again though I would try a different hotel.

Everything was great. Stayed with my wife, 4 year old, and 1.5 year old. Loved the kitchen, rooms were clean, pools everywhere, beach super close. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the week.

This place is a dump. For the money I paid for two nights, I could have had a much nicer, cleaner, modern, and quieter place off the beach. Absolutely horrible.

Property was clean. Housekeeping was good. Would stay again next time with grandkids. Pools were great. We had a nice relaxing trip.

First let's start with tue negative which is not much 1- Noise, from the trash pick up at 4am, which i turned to a positive,. The positive When i arrived the staffs friendly and Matt was very pleasant and helpful. The area is kept clean at all tthe beach access was very good, I olney booked for one night and ended up with 2 nights.
