Our terrible experience began at reception, the check in receptionist was rude and short with us upon check in. The room was filthy. It smelled like a trash compactor, we had to run to Walmart to purchase air fresheners. None of the doors in the room, including the balcony door closed properly. I would not recommend. Since we went for Labor Day, we had no choice but to stay in the room.

It was quiet and easy to access. I didn't like there were no luggage carts for check in or leaving to load car.

Needs a total update. Proximity to the ocean and ocean view were the best part. Outdoor Pools were closed and locked so you could not access to sit in the sun
