Hotel was nothing like what it show in the pictures, the room they provide was not clean they move us to a different but that room was not use for a while there were dust everywhere, mirror frame was broken, bed creaked with any minimum movement, I couldn’t sleep at all, breakfast was ok. The whole experience was terrible, unpleasant place. not what I expected we normally do extended check out but on this hotel we left even before check out time. I will never recommend this hotel or any hotel on this brand.

Didn’t get a room. Travelocity overbooked. After 1.5 hours eventually got a room in another hotel.

Due to overbooking we were able to get 2 single rooms instead of 1 double at no extra charge. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff very nice.

Utilitarian hotel

This is an OK hotel located in a street that's very hard to access (you will look like you're driving into oncoming traffic!). We arrived late at night and left the next morning, so we didn't experience a lot of the hotel itself. Our room was decent, if a bit run down. The refrigerator was not plugged in when we arrived, and the carpet was bubbled and wrinkled in the middle of the floor. There were holes in the bathroom wall covered by peeling wallpaper, and the towels were about the consistency of sandpaper. The breakfast bar is good enough, and the hotel is next to the river. The neighborhood is not the best, but not the worst, either. It serves its purpose as a serviceable hotel for travelers, but it's not really worth going out of your way for.
