Incompetent Management. Not maintained property, (HVAC been out for over two months)! Oversold rooms that are habitable, forgot to tell customers and “can’t refund because booked through Travelocity”. Basically can’t take any responsibility for maintaining property or reservations. Also worst part of town: dangerous after dark and no room service. So risk a knife fight or go hungry or gribhub.

Top Shelf Service, Clean, & Affordable. A hit!
I think this hotel is affordable, clean, and stylish. Over the four days of my stay, the staff (all of them) were fantastic. The staff combined with the atmosphere makes this place a hit. It was also very quiet inside and great climate control. Good pillows too. I travel a lot and this place deserved this great review.
