To let people know what the hotel doesn't tell you on the web site is there are 3 seperate buildings. The first hotel is on the oceanfront the second hotel is behind the first you have to walk across an alleyway to get to it and it's (facing the street) the third is a kind of a boarding house (somewhere down the road). On the web site it said to choose your room. The room I chose said it was a suite with balcony over looking the pool with a partial vied of the ocean. I figured that would be "OK" at least I'd be in a hotel on the oceanfront. WRONG it never once said on my choosing a room that the room I chose was in a separate building and not on the oceanfront. I found that out when I went to check in. I asked if the had a room available on the oceanfront and she said yes and it would be $424.00 more. The second thing about the hotel was it has to be lacking and insulation because you hear everything in the other rooms and in the hallway. The restaurant in the hotel is open for lunch and dinner only (no breakfast served). There are several places to eat breakfast just a few steps away. The inside pool looked cloudy and dirty. I never went swimming. I never went to the second building to see what that outside pool looked like. The hotel overall was clean. You could tell the rooms were cleaned with bleach. That was fine with me "I knew the room was clean" so I just opened the balcony door for a few minutes and the smell was gone. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel was in a great location! Staff is friendly and our room was kept clean by the housekeepers. Loved the free bicycle rentals on site. They also give you use of 2 beach chairs at no cost, however you have to pay a small fee for the umbrella use. Inside pool is very small and only 3 1/2 feet deep.Outside pool is great, however my only complaint about it is that it closes at 7pm. Convenient pizza restaurant connected to hotel. They give you a voucher for a free ice cream at their ice cream stand and a voucher for a free game of golf at a nearby put put place. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

The room needs a small table and a couple of chairs. Even fold up ones would be okay. The kitchen area is great, but has no light. Most of the staff was friendly. and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an ocean view balcony that was fantastic. Hotel is in the perfect location. Parking it tight but we never had an issue finding a place. However, once you get there, you do not have to leave. Everything is within walking distance as you are in the heart of it all. The staff was extremely friendly. The downfall, our restroom had trash on the floor at check in. The doors slam hard and loud as you walk in and out. The balcony door handle was jiggly and hard to open and close. The safe was not operable and they said they would send someone up to look at it but no one came. You can hear everything in the hallway and the rooms next to you. Our air conditioner leaked water on the inside of the room and soaked the floor each day. You have to call and request a room refresh for towels and trash if you want it which is fine but one day I called and they never came. The hotel charges you a check in fee but it was worth it because it includes 2 beach chairs that they bring to you on the beach every day. It also includes bikes for the boardwalk but we did not use them. The good outweighed the bad and we would probably stay here again.
