I had to work due to.a.coqorkwr was covid positive.i called to.cancel 2 days prior to my.check in and i lost.all.my money for the stay. I will not.book untill last possible minute.from now on since emergencies happe and i.cant beleive i cant get any money back. This needs to change

Heather, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, most of the last and this year our cancellation policy was flexible, but now that the COVID situation improved we don't refund non-refundable reservations.

I enjoyed the hotel staff, they were friendly and helpful, especially the afternoon and evening personnel. The pool and entertainment room were excellent. I stayed in a pet friendly room. The rug did smell from previous dog urine but all was clean and well maintained.

Fenwick Inn is very clean, quiet, safe and family friendly. I've stayed there 5x in the past year, never an unpleasant experience. I am just sad to see the rooftop bar not being used or available as I was a huge asset with convenience, good food and beautiful views I was however informed upon new renovations it will also be redone & reopened it was one of our fave aspects of this hotel but I will absolutely continue to stay post renovations also.

Pet friendly but costly. Also had to listen to barking dogs when my animal was just a very small bird in a very small cage.
