The staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. They followed up with me to make sure everything was fine with my room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place and we will definitely look forward to coming back to Hyatt Place again.

I would always stay here at the Hyatt when I come to ocean city. The views are nice staff is very friendly and helpful right on the beach. Now far to walk to anything. The bar Franco is right below another also place to go for pizza & drinks.

My only teeny tiny complaint is the lack of a filtered water dispenser. Couldn’t find water in this location and we hate buying bottled water.

Continental breakfast not great as same items were served daily. Found a broken finger nail on our floor. Ewwww gross! Beds not that comfortable. Dogs barking in hotel. Two elevators that were always busy. No direct access to beach. Had to go through garage. Also neighboring hotel had garbage pick up at 6 am and woke us up every morning.

The staff are very friendly and responsive. The hotel sits right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. The hotel is clean and very modern. What's not to love?
