Hello, Thank you for choosing to stay with us! I apologize the building construction was not as you expected. Regarding your room, it's almost impossible to extend early check in during the peak summer months. We always offer our pool, changing rooms and parking to guests that arrive as early as you. As noted on the website your purchased from, check in time is 5pm. We apologize if this presented an inconvenience. Andrew
