My room was not available until sometime after check-in. They sent a cleaner to clean my room after it was supposed to have already been cleaned an hour prior. Then, the cleaner was done in 15 minutes. It’s no way she thoroughly cleaned my room, which made me feel uneasy especially with COVID. There were only two towels in the room and after we requested more, they never arrived and we were there for 3 days! The initial keys they gave were inoperable and we had to go back to the front desk and get new ones. The furnishings were outdated and damaged. 2 out of 3 soda machines were out of order. And I requested an ocean view room and we could NOT see anything over the railing and ropes. I was very disappointed and would NEVER stay there again!

BROKEN AND DIRTY. They told us all about their COvid-19 sanitation process--- well I'd say they never clean. The Tub faucet leaked and someone had tried to fix it with a faucet that did not even fit. Their was a rip in the bottom of the tub that looked liked it had been repaired with liquid nails. The grab bar had been ripped out of the shower enclosure leaving gaping wholes. The exhaust fan was so coated with grime it could not pull air out. WE wiped the kitchen cabinets and light switches with clorox wipes and they came away brown. There was not enough silverware and glasses for 4 people, and every plate I took out of the cupboard had stuck on food or food stains. So we reused our carry out cups for 3 days. The kitchen counter saged, the beds saged. But there was new carpet. The sliding door was so warped you could hardly open it and it did not close well enough for the lock to work, so they had installed a make shift lock. The same debre sat near our door in the hall for 3 days. I actually looked for bedbugs the place was so dirty. When I complained to the manager, she made excuses saying they were short staffed. If you are too short staffed to clean dont rent rooms!!! But the view was great.
