The place was amazing. I would recommend highly. Only issue we had was the bathroom tub surround still had hair on the wall and side. This issue was taken care of quickly and the staff was very apologetic about the issue. Stuff happens and I am so pleased with the staff and beauty of the Stone Gate Inn. We shall be back.

First room had a very smelly refrigerator and the TV reception was terrible. Told them at the Front Desk and was moved to another room that was great. The breakfast had a good selection and was very good.

The lobby area was decorated nicely for Christmas. Love the tree and all the deco, making it warm and inviting as you walked in. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous.

Great stay
Very friendly front desk staff and breakfast staff. Beautiful front lobby and nice room. Did have some trouble connecting with the wifi initially but after several attempts were able to connect. Would definitely stay here again.

Broken draw. In bed room Toilet seat really loose. Dirty bathroom sink. Only two towels. For two people. Gone really down hill over all since last visit. Rate a two. But front desk was great. Upon checking in (and out) there was a man smoking pot right at the front door. Smell was disgusting and not exactly a welcome greeting. I informed the check in and the man came back in and nothing was said to him. Smoking should not be tolerated at your front door. We will not stay here again for this reason!

Excellent stay
Im glad we gave this hotel another try. Pur last visit several years ago was a nightmare. Thys time was exactly the opposite. The new management fixed everything that was wrong. Room was amazing and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff particularly Alisha was amazing. Our stay was perfect and we will be back.
