It was a nice hotel and comfortable, but did not get the room i reserved. I reserved a king room with a roll in shower, got a king room with bathtub that was not really handicap accessible.

There busy and didnt have enough parking my grandparents are handicapped and hade to walk alot ,the room wasnt handicapped friendly when i called they said there was hot tub there wasn't

Being near elevator -- too noisy. Otherwise a great experience. Had warm cookies & fruit in lobby. Very friendly staff. Local information offered at check in.

Everything was great, including the service. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and roomy, and the front desk person was wonderful. The only problem was that the back door did not open with either the key card or the Hilton Honors app. Since I had my dog with me that was a problem. I notified the front desk, but I don’t think it was a “quick fix”. Otherwise, everything was great! Job well done!
