I enjoyed the room and most of the staff was polite. I am a big girl and fell while attempting to avoid the cuckle burrs on stairs, while returning from beach skinning my shin and bruising the sourounding tissue. It's a nice. Place to stay tho and I'm sure thr burrs will be removed.

Property is a little run down. They did make some improvements by upgrading counters and flooring. I was pretty pleased until I seen two cockroaches. One inside of the refrigerator and one in the bathroom. Yuk!

The room was very spacious and very clean. The a/c was great. We had to have a lock that was broken replaced on sliding glass door and door to hall had to be repaired because handle was falling off. The kitchen sink leaked under the wall into the vanity area, but they agreed to fix it. Overall, our experience was good.

The hotel is at the northern part of PCB and the beach is not crowded. It was very clean. The floors are vinyl plank, so there’s no sand buried in carpet. The kitchen is great. It is clean a well maintained. Every room is ocean front. There is an elevator. They supply a small bottle of dish soap and dish towels, but you need to bring your own paper towels. The parking spaces are tight, but there are spots just across the street if you have a large vehicle and prefer to park there. I was nervous about staying here because the rates were reasonable and I feared the quality would not be good. We were very happy when we arrived and saw the room and location was perfect for the 4 of us. The water was beautiful and clear. The little fish swim around you when standing in the water. I wish we had more time here, but ours was a short stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Positives- great quite beach front room. It was clean. Staff was great. Beds were comfy. Negatives- a little run down. Needs new lock systems on the doors that work. Re-programmed keys 10 times. Needed balcony cleaned and maintained. No walking distance stores or restaurants.
