The air conditioning unit made a loud rattling noise every time the thermostat turned it on and it kept me awake for hours in the night Eventually I turned it off gradually the room became muggy waking me up at 6.00 am so the most I slept was 5hrs during the night probably less

Young lady that checked us in was very unwelcoming. Curt and rude. Breakfast staff was delightful, courteous and accommodating. Sheets were questionable.

This is a fabulous place. Loved the location and everything about this Inn was great. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Payson.

I have stayed at MMI every 3 to 4 months for the last 3yrs. In different seasons. The grounds are kept very clean and manicured. The staff is very friendly and is knowledgeable of the town and surrounding area. The breakfast is not just cold cereal, a piece of fruit, and a muffin. It is a real breakfast, with eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, fruit,a variety of items. The lady that fixes the breakfast is very kind helpful and friendly. They offer a very safe environment for myself, and my dog. I will continue to encourage others to stay there and I will continue to stay there.
