We had a birthday party there the staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel it's self and room was beautiful. The room wasn't cleaned very well before we got there there was an old cookie under the bed and water bottles under the pull out couch. But over all was clean I get it those were hidden. an adult was in the room at all times and the front desk gave me 2 keys at checkin as people started showing up they just came back to the room. Well the front desk staff gave someone an extra key to the room so they could get into the pool (yes they were with the party BUT they had no idea of that.)They never called down and asked me or anything just gave them one when it was unnecessary as the rest of everyone was in the room. That ended up leading to those children being unattended at the pool. When I asked them how they got a key they said there nephew works there and gave it to them. Now I'm not sure how true that is but the point is they didn't ask something could have happened to those kids due to their ignorance and that wasn't safe for us as guest who's to say they were with us. Another things was it was supposed to be a heated pool it was ice cold. The hot tub was not working and neither was the sauna. So the bad definitely out weights the good here.

Wish there was recycling. Lobby had smoky smell even though non smoking hotel Decor was beautiful, rooms clean

This hotel is always clean and comfortable. We have never had a problem here. It does cost a little more than other places but it's worth it

It was well after 5 before I was allowed to check into my room. Checkin was anytime after 3. Made me late for an appointment that I had.
