The only thing that was good was hot water in the shower. I will not recommend or stay in a redroof ever again. Pictures online were great but room was nothing like the photos. No microwave, fridge or coffee pot in the room. Couldn't even get coffee in the office. Room smelled and staff couldn't be bothered to bring me air freshner, I had to go and get it. There was staff sitting there that could of easily brought it to me. Had trouble with the heat and they just said the control is on the was and self explanatory. Very upset with the entire stay and almost left, but didn't want to have to find another hotel before the Reba concert I was their for. I would greatly appreciate a respone. I would like to have my money back but I have spoke to others that were unhappy with Redroof stays and you all don't care what your guests think. You already got our money and don't give a crap about us.

Thank you for your post. You chose our standard king room. Our deluxe double and superior king offer more space for a minimal upcharge.

I didn’t like the attitude of the check-in staff. He also charged me $2 extra dollars which he said would be refunded at check-out but wasn’t. I don’t even know what was the extra charge for.

Thank you for your response. I will work with my staff member on customer service. The $2.00 fee is for the insurance policy on our in-room safes. It provides you with $10,000 of coverage should a loos occur.
