"We occupied two rooms. One room had a sink faucet that sprayed water not having an aerator. Tried calling room service twice, with no answer. Walked down to the front desk and was told they hadn't received any calls. She took a work order, but the faucet was not fixed during our stay. We had several additional customer service disappointments. They seemed understaffed by workers who were undermotivated. The rooms were fine, they felt clean, but would benefit from some upgrades. I'd probably look elsewhere next time."
