The poor housekeeping service is my only (but significant) issue with this hotel. I received housekeeping service (new towls and bed made) exactly once during my six night stay, and that was only after asking the front desk. On two occasions I asked for clean towels and was given just one towel. They should tell guests on check-in that room servicing is reduced, or not available for whatever the reason may be.

Nice hotel if just staying a few nights. It is in a shopping center parking lot next to the highway, so it is far from a resort destination. The hotel is nice inside, clean, and has friendly staff. The free breakfast was disappointing, consisting of only pre-packaged items which need to be heated in the microwave. Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay for a business trip in the Webster NY area.
