After check in we discovered we had been given the wrong room and I e didn’t have a pull out sofa and separate room the bed was in. That was fixed promptly. However, the pull out sofa in our new room was in HORRIBLE condition. The springs were literally falling out and lots were missing, the was mattress old and hard and super uncomfortable, and we weren’t given a fitted sheet for it. Our king bed was comfortable. Overall I would say our stay was not worth the $300 a night that we paid for it.

Rooms are terrible. On the first night I couldn’t sleep because of all the annoying noise from the freeway next to the hotel. I had to ask to switch rooms. In the other room the heat never worked, the room was so cold that I couldn’t sleep, the plumbing fixtures had some weird noise all day long. I talked to the front desk about the heat but never got an update whether got fixed or not anyways was still so cold. I would ask for a refund. Thanks
