Suites had 2BR / 2BA option, good for families. Nice breakfast and clean indoor pool. Close to interstate and restaurants. I would stay here again, just be aware pets are allowed.

Went to check in and be told there were no rooms available- a room that I prepaid for. “Oops. Sales department is supposed to keep an eye on that. There are plenty of other rooms in town.” Really?

Pros: enough room for the 4 of us
In AR to see Passion Play up in Eureka Springs. Also not far from the airport.

Excellent place to stay, right in the middle of everything

My wife and I stayed here during Bikes, Blues, & BBQ. The hotel was packed, but everyone on the staff were super friendly. The hotel room we had was super clean. All linens smelled fresh and clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but works fine. We are used to our Tempurpedic, so most beds besides one of those are uncomfortable to us. Within two blocks around the hotel there are a TON of restaurants to pick from including national chains and joints local to Bentonville. You are about five minutes away from a huge shopping center. This is a great hotel, and we will stay there again.
