Housekeeping was terrible. Did not change out towels or make beds. Mildew in shower. Complained to manager who says she would leave a note for housekeeping. Same thing 2nd day. I had to ask for more towels, toilet paper and Kleenex. It needed to be vacuumed. Spoke to the same manager the 2nd day. And she apologized but I think she wasn’t about to do anything

The front desk was kind and accommodating as we experienced an issue with not one but two rooms we were assigned. As they say, 3rd time is a charm and it was great! The food in the restaurant was outstanding!
