The property here is very dated. The room was "smelly" and the carpet was dirty and had stains. The television was even outdated with an older analog TV. The check-in was quick and easy yet I would not stay here again and it has soured my view of staying at any Comfort Inn and Suites.

If I could give this property a rating of 0 I would. The front desk staff at this location were extremely rude. I had an issue with some charges and when I asked the front desk attendant to assist, he proceeded to answer the phone, handed me a receipt and said for me to figure out with my bank. I have attempted to reach out to corporate to dispute the charges, only to be given the run around for the past two days. This is not how you run a company or a property. Not only is it unprofessional but it causes extreme stress for someone who is out of town. My family's trip was affected and we were stressed trying to find the resources to cover other bills that were due while we were out of town. On top of all this, the pool was absolutely disgusting with paper at the bottom and a film of pollen on top. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay in a Choice Hotel property ever and most definitely not the Comfort Inn at the Savannah Airport.
