Information on free airport shuttle incorrect-only runs 6-11am and I have afternoon flight. Disappointing since I choose hotel for shuttle service

We apologize that our shuttle schedule didn't meet your expectations. Our shuttle schedule is Mon-Fri 4:30am-10:30am and resumes service at 6:00pm-10:00pm on Sat & Sun 4:30am-11:00am and resumes service at 2:00pm-10:00pm. Hopefully our schedule will meet your needs for future travel.

When we walked in there was an item from previous people on the floor and finger or toenails on the floor! Gross. Also, it took almost a whole day to get toilet paper! Housekeeping was very pleasant. People were nice,
