Property was under construction and my room was in the back w all the construction workers. Very isolated an made me have to park out of my way too feel comfortable. Bathroom smelled like sewer leak all night. When checking out whoever came to the window was not in uniform an gave no care of my problems an acted like I was wasting her time.

Surprised the room has been a long time since updated or even maintained. Messy caulking in the bathroom and the toilet leaked unto the floor continuously. The toilet hobbled on the floor. Bed was clean but soft. Wood furniture was worn and cigarette burns in upholstery. The LVP floor was not clean as it had a lot of grit and dirt, so I had to wear shoes whenever on my feet.

Upkeep and cleanliness are very important to us, and we want our guests to have a top-notch stay with us. Our room service team is generally very attentive to guests’ needs and we prepare the room thoroughly for upcoming guests. This is very unlike us. One of the few positives is great hot water. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It was old and dirty. The pictures were very misleading.

One of the drapes didn't close properly so I had to hold it shut with pins! The furniture was very old, scuffed, BADLY and baddly scratched, the leather on the handles of the chair were completely worn off. It was semi okay that the hotel is connected to a dive bar because we arrived late and was able to get a couple of appetizers. However, they have outside seating and the staff parties out there until they close. Other people were directly outside our door and arguing until 3:00 a.m. The bathroom was clean, otherwise I would have checked out. We were not in the hotel very much, so that made it bearable.
