The property charges a $60 deposit, which is not advertised. They property demands payment of the deposit in cash. If you forget to pick up the deposit at the end of your stay, they will hold it for 30 days. Then you lose your $60. When checking out, you have to wait until they have staff to check your room. Since they don't accept deposits on credit cards, you have to deal with their delays. I don't recommend this property, because of the games they are playing on this. Other than that, the rooms are nice and clean, and the property is in a great location.

Booked through Travelocity - had 4 adults and one child. Travelocity said it had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa - arrived and there was no pull out bed. Front desk staff said none of their rooms had a pull out sofa so it was Expedia that had false advertising.

Room dirty linens not the cleanest. Old out dated room. Beds not queen size like advertised. Stayed 10 minutes and left.

hotel was conveniently located within walking distance or Tangier Outlet Mall and numerous restaurants. Renovations were going on which disrupted check in and both rooms checked had a strong smell which I believe was cleaners. Otherwise, I give the hotel 3.5 stars

The teenagers said there was a fire pit up front of the building . Initially i reserved the Family Suite. The pipes were busted. So we got 2 separate rooms instead. My daughter in law woke up with welts all over her and there was a bed bug in the bed. We checked the other bed and found another bed bug. She put one in a plastic bag and showed the person at the desk. They said there was nothing that they could do.
