The room was nice and clean, the only problem we had was the shower and water pressure. At one point during my husbands shower the water completely stopped.

The staff at reception desk were very friendly and informative. The hotel is centrally located along the main "strip" of tourist activities and restaurants. The breakfast was the same everyday. Biscuit and gravy scrambled eggs sausage links cold cereal instant oatmeal and bagels and mini muffins. No fruit or yogurt options.

Quick check in and out! Room was dated, very musty/mildewy smelling and extremely humid. Facility was maxed out so no other room available.

I stayed in room 228. The room wasn’t very clean. The air conditioner was leaking water as well as the sink. The shower had mold and cracked tile. It was a very dark room. You also have to pay for ice provided the machine even worked. The house keeping supervisor was very nice but she can’t help the condition of the hotel. Beth the manager wasn’t helpful at all. Smelled of smoke too. Wasn’t a 4 star by any means.

I sent maintenance and housekeeping to take care of any issues you had. I even gave you a follow up call to discuss the issues. I offered you a refund - you chose to stay. You stated you were scared of the area and Pigeon Forge is very safe. I tried to accommodate you in all ways possible. I am sorry we were unable to reach a resolution.
