Overall good experience
Overall the stay was good. Great location for walking Gatlinburg. The wait for an elevator was a little long due to only having 2 of them for 8 floors. Bathroom in our room could use some updating, but was clean. Interaction with staff was friendly and professional. Parking was a little tight as they can only handle 1 car per room.
