In the heart of Pigeon Forge! Close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg! Nice hotel but a little more southern hospitality when checking in would have been nice. Check-in probably overwhelmed due to Covid. Other than that nice breakfast and rooms.

Some welcoming and cozy features. Balcony next to water was nice. A little bit of nature in the middle of a lot of attractions. Coffee was very good. Definitely would stay again.
