Smaller hotel in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge TN. We LOVED it and will definitely return here when back in the area. Family like atmosphere, superb hospitality, and conveniently located. It is not fancy/plush if that is what you desire, but it was perfection for us. Has great breakfast included, and there is a fantastic restaurant next door for lunch and dinner.

Reservation desk staff very unkind & unhelpful.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Very good location.
Cons: Breakfast area, mattresses were extremely soft.
Location: Great location, most everything within 2-8 miles.
Although my confirmation showed a room with balcony, reservation staff stated balcony rooms only available if booked through the hotel. Staff refused to consider the confirmation info. and were unwilling to honor the confirmation. There were several rooms with balconies that sat empty the 2 days we were there. The breakfast area is unbelievably small, would never be able to find a seat. Awkward to get even a cup of coffee it was so cramped.

Car show weekend

Had a great time! Lots of cars at show and lining main strip. Beautiful area with friendly people. Many entertainment options. The Old Mill is a must for dinner. More food than you can possibly eat.

If they tell you it's a suite check first.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
Hubby and I decided on a quick trip. We got up to the Five Oaks area of Sevierville TN and got a room at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. It was suppose to be a king suite with fireplace and in room hot tub/ jacuzzi . It was getting late so we didn't even go up to the room once we checked in, we went out to eat. When we got back, probably well after 10:30pm, and went up to the room it was no suite at all by my deffination but your basic room with a king bed , fireplace, and hot tub. According to management they consider it a suite. A suite should have multiple rooms. I was at least expecting a seperate siting area. The cost was $150. with taxes. I can get the same room most any day nearby for $80. I was disappointed with what we got for the price. Also the bathroom was so small that you had to go in, stand between the toilet and tub, then shut the door and our room was out near the busy road so we heard traffic noise all night. Other than that the room was clean , the bed felt great, and the staff was friendly. We didn't even try to eat breakfast there. I doubt we'll ever go back there.

Fair to Average.....

Beds were too soft, mattresses seemed to need replaced. Don't be fooled by "balcony" if you on the first floor - not very appealing. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of guests. Room was clean, staff was friendly - just not worth the price paid.
