When we got there our room and the hall way smell like urine and the last night we stay the people over is wanted to rearrange the room at 11:00pm

We loved this property. The staff were super nice and the pool was amazing. The only problem we had was with the bathroom and plumbing. The bathroom was TINY and the plumbing was horrible. I don’t know how it was in everyone else’s room, but we had to stand and hold the toilet handle the whole time to flush which sometimes took a full minute. Other than that, it was beautiful and the staff were AMAZING!

Although the staff were very friendly and helpful (and quickly resolved our room cleanliness issues), the rooms/bathrooms need more detailed cleaning and attention. Our room darkening curtains had holes, the shower curtain and shower had mildew, there were dark brown (blood?) stains on the bathroom door and shower wall, the toilet seat was loose (the bathrooms are TINY), the hair dryer had red stains on it, the chair in the room had tears and stains, and the pillows are HARD. The restaurant fare is limited; breakfast buffet is $12 ($10 if purchase dining ticket the day before eating). Won’t stay at the Glenstone again.
